Sea Monster Museum
Iceland is famous for its tales of mythical creatures that stalk their lands and waters… These tales have been passed down from the Vikings through the ancient Norse language of runes. The museum's identity uses the runes that represent ‘sea’ and ‘serpent’ to inform a logotype that is contemporary yet rooted in tradition; alongside a colour palette inspired by Icelandic sunsets and atmospheric local photography.
